  • Permit Cost: Your first parking permit costs $15 and is included in your Bursar account fees. Additional permits or replacements for lost permits cost $15 each and are charged to your Bursar account.
  • Permit Placement: Affix permits to the front or back glass in the lower driver's side corner of the window. Permits must be visible and readable from 15 feet through window tint.
  • Permit Transfer: Transfer of parking permits between vehicles is allowed. If you change vehicles, update your information on the parking permit webpage.
  • Vehicle Restrictions: Washing or working on personal vehicles on campus is prohibited. Abandoning or junking vehicles will result in towing at the owner’s expense.

  • Prohibited Activities: Riding in the cargo area of vehicles, parking or driving on lawns or sidewalks, and parking in service vehicle spaces are prohibited. All parking spaces are marked with two white or yellow lines.
  • Compliance: Students and employees must comply with all Oklahoma traffic laws. Wheel locks may be applied to vehicles with repeated violations or failure to display a permit.
